Henchmen,
You are vetted as already having proven yourself valuable in opinion, and thought. Here you have a place to do the work that Henchmen need to be about. Supervillains will be watching this forum, and their opinions of your deliberations will be crucial to your advancement. The lesser Minion forum will come along for the unvetted villains in training, as the need arises.
Your ability to curry favor with your superiors is based on your imagination, problem solving ability, and determination.
