Greetings, you who will be both the Challenged, and the Challengers!
We will embark here, on an exploration of the Real Life Super Hero social movement, it's reality based operation in society, and it's significance, or lack thereof. We will attempt at all times to remain civil. Please DO create an identity for yourself, Good, Evil, Neutral, or Unknown. Adversarial opinions and convictions will be respected, but flaming, hateful speech of any kind, criminal activities, disrespect, poor manners, and wretchedness will not be tolerated. If I see it, we'll try and work through it as adults, but if we can't, I'll delete, and ban to protect the integrity of the forum overall. This disclaimer, does not in anyway abrogate the FreeForums rules, and may be considered additional to theirs. While examining the Heroic side of the current movement, we'll also look at ways to challenge, harrass, and inspire the Heroes, by becoming the very Villains they need. Or do they? So choose a side, develop a concept, create the Character, and let's start hashing out how genuine good can be accomplished, without anyone causing, or coming to either mental or physical harm. Charity - sounds good. Sneaking around at night, informing police (safely) on criminal activity you see going on? Also good. Jumping criminals and trying to fight them - not so good.
